Leading international property consultancy, Knight Frank, revealed that it will be opening a Kowloon office in BEA Tower, Millennium City 5, Kwun Tong in mid-September to house its growing Kowloon Commercial Agency team.
Patrick Mak, who recently joined Knight Frank as General Manager and Head of Kowloon Commercial Agency, will oversee the team’s formulation of real estate strategies for occupiers and landlords, with the goal of delivering specialised solutions to clients. Patrick has over 15 years of real estate experience in Hong Kong. Prior to joining Knight Frank, he was an Executive Director at Colliers International.
Further details about the new Kowloon office will be announced nearer the opening date.
