News from Knight Frank Hong Kong

Knight Frank strengthens Capital Markets Team with senior appointments

20 May 2021
Knight Frank is pleased to announce the appointment of Antonio Wu to the newly-created role of the Head of Capital Markets, Greater China, with immediate effect. In his capacity, Antonio will oversee the capital markets team in formulating real estate strategies for major developers and investors, and spearhead the expansion of Knight Frank‘s capital markets services across Greater China.
Antonio joins Knight Frank from Colliers, where he was Deputy Managing Director of Capital Markets Investment Services. Previously he held senior roles in CBRE and Savills Hong Kong. With over 35 years of experience in the real estate industry, he brings an impressive track record and depth in relationships with Greater China investors. As an inspirational leader, Antonio has led his team to conclude deals amounting to over HKD 44 billion between 2016 to 2020 covering commercial and retail properties, hotels, serviced apartments, as well as development sites.

Also joining the company are Ken Ma, Director, Capital Markets, Henkey Li, Director, Capital Markets, Greater China, and Morris Tung, Senior Manager, Capital Markets, all freshly hired with a wealth of real estate investment experience. They, along with the existing Knight Frank Hong Kong Capital Markets team, will report to Antonio.

Paul Hart, Managing Director, Commercial Markets said the new appointment comes at a right time with the economy rebounding sharply, and investors regaining their confidence. Driven by accelerating economic recovery, we are seeing growing investor demand in key gateway cities, including Hong Kong London, Singapore and Sydney. Antonio and the new team’s experience are a great asset to clients and colleagues alike and will build upon our already well establish market presence. Importantly, the new team will bolster our Chinese Mainland capabilities, particularly in the Greater Bay Area.
