Knight Frank is pleased to announce the appointment of Matthew Short as Executive Director and Head of Corporate Real Estate, Greater China.
Matthew will be responsible for developing Knight Frank’s corporate real estate business across Greater China providing a data centric approach to proactively identify opportunities within existing and new client's real estate portfolios. He brings 15 years of APAC and global experience in transaction delivery across both occupier and investor markets. Prior to joining Knight Frank, he was the Head of Integrated Portfolio Management, Greater China at Cushman & Wakefield. Before relocating to Hong Kong in 2016, he spent 5 years working in Cushman & Wakefield’s Shanghai tenant representation and London Account Management teams. Matthew will work closely with our Asia-Pacific Corporate Real Estate team and brokerage network across the region to provide first-class real estate solutions to our corporate clients.
