Knight Frank appoints Jonathan Wright as Senior Director to strengthen Hong Kong Office Strategy & Solutions

Knight Frank are delighted to announce the appointment of Jonathan Wright as Senior Director, Hong Kong Office Strategy & Solutions.

 
Jonathan has 17 years of commercial real estate experience in Asia Pacific, Middle East and the UK. Based in Hong Kong and reporting to Wendy Lau, Executive Director, Head of Hong Kong Office Strategy & Solutions, Jonathan will focus on strengthening the team’s service offering with flexible workspace solutions, advising occupiers, operators, landlords and investors in this dynamic sector. He will also work closely with Knight Frank’s workplace strategy teams and global portfolio solutions team to identify workplace trends and formulate office strategies across the region.
 
Prior to joining Knight Frank, Jonathan Wright worked as a Director at Colliers, where he established the Flexible Workspace Consulting business line globally. Prior to Colliers, he also held senior roles at DTZ in the Middle East and the UK. 
 
Across the region, Jonathan is considered the market leader in the flexible workspace sector and brings an unparalleled track record of innovative real estate solutions, complex deal making and advising landlords on placemaking & creative transformation. Known for his thought leadership, Jonathan’s insights have been well reflected in key annual reports and research papers on the flexible workspace sector.
