Collective sale of Jade Garden, No.105 Robinson Road, Hong Kong sold at HK$2,505,000,000

Pursuant to an order for sale made by the Lands Tribunal under the Land (Compulsory Sale for Redevelopment) Ordinance, Jade Garden, No.105 Robinson Road, Hong Kong (“the Property”) was sold by public auction. The Property was successfully acquired by bidder No. 1 buyer Sino Noble Enterprises Limited at HK$2,505,000,000.

The Property is located at Mid-levels in Hong Kong with an access road branching off from Robinson Road. Developments in the vicinity are predominated by high-rise residential developments with a few retail shops on ground floor occupied by food and beverages and various retailers, etc. Public transportation facilities such as franchised buses, public light buses and taxis are conveniently available in the vicinity. The MTR Sai Ying Pun Station is within 15 minutes’ walking distance.

The Property comprises three blocks of 10-storey residential buildings with two units on each floor of each block from 1/F to 9/F for domestic use and fifty-four car parking spaces on G/F for non-domestic use. Each of the three blocks is served by one lift and two common staircases. The site area is about 27,530 square feet. According to the approved Mid-levels West Outline Zoning Plan No.S/H11/15 dated 2 March 2010, the Property falls within an area zoned as “Residential (Group C)5”.
