We have a proven track record in expediting the planning and land approval process for clients’ development and redevelopment projects.

We offer comprehensive planning and land advisory services to address our clients' development challenges. This holistic approach enables us to consider all aspects right from the outset. From conducting feasibility studies to obtaining planning and land approvals, we are well-versed in helping clients achieve their development goals and optimise the value of their projects. Conversant with land and lease restrictions and backed by in-depth research and market intelligence, we also specialise in premium and waiver fee negotiation, and advise major developers, fund managers, utility companies and private landlords on all lease and rating issues.
