Leading international property consultancy, Knight Frank, is pleased to announce that, Alnwick Chan and Paul Hart will be retitled as follows with effect from 1 December 2020 to reflect their role and standing in our business.

Alnwick Chan and Paul Hart remain members of the Knight Frank Greater China Executive Board which oversees our business in Hong Kong and the Chinese Mainland.
Alnwick Chan will continue to head up Knight Frank Hong Kong’s Valuation & Professional Services and specialises in land advisory matters. He is responsible for negotiating with the government in connection with land exchanges, lease modifications and premium assessments. He offers consultations to clients on matters relating to development potential, lease interpretation and approval of building plans, and provides litigation support in disputes requiring valuation advice.
Paul Hart will continue to manage Knight Frank’s commercial agency operations in Hong Kong, overseeing the provision of leasing services within the office, retail, and industrial sectors as well as Capital Markets. Paul is also responsible for Knight Frank’s Greater China outbound Capital Markets service delivery.
