Leading international property consultancy, Knight Frank, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ryan Black, Director and Head of International Residential Sales.
As Head of International Residential Sales, Ryan is responsible for leading Knight Frank’s international residential sales division in marketing residential developments in key gateway cities to Asia-based investors, servicing developers, and driving the sales strategy in Hong Kong. Ryan has been based in Hong Kong for the past 7 years and has a significant track record on both the agency and developer side for international residential sales. Prior to joining Knight Frank, Ryan worked for UK developer Hathway Capital Group developing their acquisition and sales strategy. During his time in Hong Kong, Ryan has also worked at Cushman & Wakefield, and managed developer Seven Capital’s APAC sales strategy.
