Knight Frank is pleased to announce the appointment of Liam McCartan as Senior Director, Hong Kong Office Strategy & Solutions.
Liam has 16 years of commercial real estate experience in Hong Kong and Asia Pacific. Based in Hong Kong and reporting to Wendy Lau, Executive Director, Head of Hong Kong Office Strategy & Solutions, Liam will focus on growing Knight Frank’s Hong Kong Office Strategy & Solutions team, formulating real estate strategies for occupiers and landlords, and further expanding our market share while delivering exceptional services to our clients.
Prior to joining Knight Frank, Liam was as a Senior Director in Cushman & Wakefield, where he was responsible for new business development and client engagements across Asia Pacific. Previously, he held senior roles in Colliers and Jones Lang LaSalle.
Liam comes with a proven track record in representing numerous office tenants in legal, banking and finance sectors on Hong Kong Island. He has concluded some of the most notable leasing deals, totalling more than 5 million sq ft of transactions.
