Knight Frank, a global property consultancy firm, has been appointed as the Sole Agent for the sale of a basket of properties at Hua Chiao Commercial Centre, 678 Nathan Road, Mongkok (“the Property”), through Public Tender. The Property consists of Shops D and E on G/F (Property 1), and Office B on 7/F and Offices A, B & C on 8/F, 9/F, 10/F & 11/F (Property 2). Property 1 and Property 2 can be sold as a whole or separately. The tender closing date is 6 July 2018 (Friday) at 12 noon.
Hua Chiao Commercial Centre is strategically located adjacent to Argyle Centre Phase 1 with Mongkok MTR station just one block away. This is the first time the Property is going up for sale. Rebound of the retail market is observed and the demand for prime retail and office spaces in Mongkok is consistently high.
The prospect of the district will flourish upon the opening of Link REIT’s project at 700 Nathan Road in June 2018 and two potential government land sales at Argyle Street and Canton Road respectively which are under review by related authorities.
