Pursuant to an order for sale made by the Lands Tribunal under the Land (Compulsory Sale for Redevelopment) Ordinance, Nos. 244, 246, 248, 250, 252, 254 & 256 Hai Tan Street, Sham Shui Po, Kowloon for Sale, Kowloon, Hong Kong (“the Property”) was sold by public auction. The Property was successfully acquired by bidder No. 1 buyer Promise Fine Investments Limited at HK$576,253,000.
The Property is located at Hai Tan Street, between Yen Chow Street and Kiu Kiang Street, in Sham Shui Po district. Developments in the vicinity are predominated by aged tenement blocks and high-rise residential buildings with retail shops on ground floor.
