Collective sale of Nos. 223, 223A, 225 & 225A Hai Tan Street, Sham Shui Po, Kowloon for Sale sold at HK$293,100,000

Pursuant to an order for sale made by the Lands Tribunal under the Land (Compulsory Sale for Redevelopment) Ordinance, Nos. 223, 223A, 225 & 225A Hai Tan Street, Sham Shui Po, Kowloon (“the Property”) was sold by public auction. The Property was successfully acquired by bidder No.1, Choice Investment Holdings and Carrianna Group Holdings Company Limited at HK$293,100,000.

The Property is located at Hai Tan Street, between Yen Chow Street and Kiu Kiang Street, in Sham Shui Po district. Developments in the vicinity are predominated by aged tenement blocks and high-rise residential buildings with retail shops on ground floor. Majority of the ground floor premises in the vicinity are occupied by food and beverages, garages and various retailers,etc. Public transportation facilities such as franchised buses, public light buses and taxis are conveniently available in the vicinity. The MTR Sham Shui Po Station is within 10 minutes’ walking distance. 

The Property comprises two 5-storey buildings. The site area is about 4,729 square feet. According to the approved Cheung Sha Wan Outline Zoning Plan No S/K5/37 dated 6 December 2016, the Property falls within an area zoned as “Residential (Group A) 6”.
