Pursuant to an order for sale made by the Lands Tribunal under the Land (Compulsory Sale for Redevelopment) Ordinance, Nos. 2, 2A, 2B, 4, 6, 6A, 8, 8A, 10, 10A, 12, 12A, 14, 14A, 16 & 16A Whampoa Street, Kowloon, Hong Kong (“the Property”) was sold by public auction. The Property was successfully acquired by bidder No. 1 buyer Lucktime Limited at HK$1,363,000,000.

The Property is located at the cul-de-sac of Whampoa Street near Hung Hom South Road in Hung Hom district. Developments in the vicinity are predominated by high-rise residential buildings and aged tenement blocks with retail shops on ground floor. Majority of the ground floor premises in the vicinity are occupied by food and beverages and various retailers, etc. Public transportation facilities such as franchised buses, public light buses and taxis are conveniently available in the vicinity. The MTR Hung Hom Station and Whampoa Station are within 10 minutes’ walking distance. The site area is about 14,400 square feet and is situated within an area zoned as “Residential (Group A) 4”.  According to the relevant approved building plans, the Property comprises four buildings.
