We assist a range of financial institutions to repossess, refurbish, manage and sell distressed properties. Some 90 percent of distressed properties are sold through our third party agent network. This transparent mechanism enhances property exposure and creates market competition.
Our asset managers’ co-ordinate new lettings, lease renewals and terminations, dispositions and acquisitions and recommending ways to preserve and enhance asset values.
We assist with the aggregation of development sites under The Land (Compulsory Sale for Redevelopment) Ordinance providing independent expert advice to the Lands Tribunal and acting as the Tribunal appointed auctioneer.
