_Knight Frank appoints William Lau as Head of Residential Agency, Hong Kong

Knight Frank is pleased to announce the appointment of William Lau as Senior Director and Head of Residential Agency in Hong Kong, effective 3 February 2025.

William has 33 years of residential real estate experience, including over 20 years of expertise in first-hand property sales in Hong Kong. Reporting to Paul Hart, Managing Director, Commercial Markets at Knight Frank Hong Kong, William will lead the firm's residential agency department, overseeing the sale and leasing of residential properties in Hong Kong.

Before joining Knight Frank, William was a Deputy Regional Sales Manager at Centaline Property. He also played a pivotal role in establishing Qfang Property Agency Limited in Hong Kong, which employed more than 500 agents.

William brings extensive knowledge of the Hong Kong luxury residential market, exceptional negotiation skills, a robust clientele, and meticulous attention to detail, all of which have established him as a trusted advisor for high-net-worth individuals and corporations. His appointment is set to broaden Knight Frank's client base, particularly among private and corporate clients, developers, and landlords in Hong Kong.
