Knight Frank received the top real estate awards from the RICS for the sixth year in a row. At the RICS Hong Kong Annual Dinner and Awards Ceremony 2017 held last Friday, Knight Frank was awarded Professional Consultancy Services Team of the Year for the fourth time. In addition, Knight Frank also received two Certificates of Excellence for Residential Team of the Year and Young Surveyor of the Year. These awards recognise our determination, excellence and professionalism which enable us to provide a comprehensive service to our clients.

Professional Consultancy Services Team of the Year
As one of the city’s largest valuation teams, Knight Frank has advised government, landlords, investors, financers and end-users for more than 40 years in Hong Kong. In 2016, Knight Frank successfully obtained land approval for the first ever private sector-initiated revitalisation project “The Mills”. Knight Frank also advised Tung Wah Group of Hospitals on a non-profit youth hostel and development centre project. In addition, Knight Frank has been consistently supporting the government’s initiatives to increase land supply and create urban space, one of which is through conducting underground space development studies.
Certificate of Excellence for Residential Team of the Year
Last year, Knight Frank’s Residential team completed 367 local residential sales and lease transactions. In 2016, our International Project Marketing Department rolled out 30 international projects for 22 overseas developers, concluding 137 deals in excess of £121 million total gross sales value.
Certificate of Excellence for the Young Surveyor of the Year – Michelle Wong
Michelle Wong joined Knight Frank in 2013 as the company’s first overseas recruit in our Graduate Surveyor programme. She received her RICS professional qualification in 2016. Michelle is a well-rounded surveyor; her technical surveying expertise is complemented by excellent project management skills, problem-solving ability, people skills, and an innovative mind-set. Michelle was recipient of Knight Frank’s Young Talent of the Year Award in 2014.
About the RICS Hong Kong Awards
The RICS Hong Kong Awards celebrate excellence, professionalism, achievement, and overall contribution to our built environment. Nominated projects have all displayed outstanding performance in professionalism, outcome and achievement, teamwork and innovation. Only the top contributors to the property industries are awarded as winner. This is the 6th consecutive year in which RICS presented the Annual Awards in Hong Kong. The awards evening was held on Friday 17 March 2017 at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Hong Kong.
