Knight Frank to launch New Fenman House in King’s Cross

10 November 2016

Knight Frank, a leading international property consultancy, has been appointed to launch Fenman House, King’s Cross, London. Fenman House is the latest residential building to come forward at King’s Cross – which in 2016 was named the Capital’s “creative quarter”.

Property Information:

The development has a collection of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, designed by one of the UK’s most respected architectural studios, Maccreanor Lavington.

Interior designed by Johnson Naylor. Feature floor-to-ceiling windows offer residents far reaching views across Lewis Cubitt Park and Jellicoe Gardens.

Residents can enjoy roof garden and day time concierge service

Prices starting from £740,000 and are set for completion in Q4 2017.

Location:

As the latest residential building at King’s Cross, Fenman House is uniquely placed to enjoy London’s surrounding amenities. A short stroll along the canal leads residents to hidden pubs, and the antique markets in the back streets of Angel, or in the opposite direction to the famous environs of Camden’s Lock Market.

King’s Cross provides exceptional London, UK and international connections, with six connecting tube lines, the national rail train service and Eurostar. All five major London airports can be reached in under an hour.

Since launching off plan in April 2016, over 40% of apartments have been reserved. Priya Black, Partner at Knight Frank comments, “Fenman House is the latest phase in the continuing King’s Cross success story. The King’s Cross area has become a popular choice for buyers, offering high specification new homes, improved public realm, schools, amenities and outdoor space, all within a central Zone 1 London location. The total regeneration of the area has had a significantly positive impact on property prices to date, and high quality commercial space and retail offerings, such as the forthcoming Coal Drops Yard, will further cement this area as an established hub for residents and businesses.”
