Knight Frank has received the Gold tier in both “Fuel Efficiency Improvement” and “Fuel Consumption Saver” from the “Take a ‘Brake’ Low Carbon Action - Corporate Green Driving Award Scheme 2014” organised by Friends of the Earth (HK). The scheme aims to encourage corporate employees to drive less and adopt green driving habits, as well as to promote low carbon living.
A total of 54 companies took part in the scheme in 2014, and Knight Frank was 1 of 25 companies that obtained the Gold tier award for “Fuel Efficiency Improvement” and 1 of 36 companies obtained the Gold tier award for “Fuel Consumption Saver”. In the past year, Knight Frank achieved a significant 6.6% improvement in fuel efficiency and 15% cut in fuel consumption during the eco-action period.*
