Knight Frank launches Wardian London by EcoWorld Ballymore

24 April 2018

Knight Frank is appointed by EcoWorld Ballymore to launch West Tower at Wardian London, a stylish new address in Canary Wharf.

Location:

  • Wardian London is adjacent to London’s most exciting financial, cultural and commercial districts – moments from the UK’s new financial centre, Canary Wharf, and part of the dynamic and commercial economies of East London.
  • 4 minutes’ walk to Canary Wharf Underground (Jubilee line) and 3 minutes’ walk to the Heron Quays (DLR line). From Canary Wharf station, 11 minutes to Stratford International and 14 minutes to Bond Street. From Heron Quays overground, 12 minutes to Bank and 20 minutes to London City Airport. With the arrival of Crossrail estimated in 2018, it will take 13 and 39 minutes to Bond Street and Heathrow International Airport respectively.

Property Information:

  • The scheme consists of two, 50 and 55 storey buildings that overlook the South Dock, with stunning views of Canary Wharf and the City. Apartment sizes ranging from 388 sq ft to 1,623 sq ft. each with a private balcony garden ranging from 109 - 401 sq ft. Newly launched apartments available to purchase include the two bedroom Hortorium apartments, and twelve outstanding penthouses with gardens up to 32.7 sq. m in size. Prices starting from £592,500, completing from 2020
  • Designed by Glenn Howells Architects, the modernist scheme incorporates nature into its design with innovative landscaping throughout. The communal spaces alone, from the atrium to the private outdoor swimming pool, will showcase over 100 different species of exotic plants.
  • The apartments at Wardian London combine contemporary elegance with subtle, signature Wardian touches. Floor to ceiling windows bring an enhanced sense of space, flooding the apartments with light. The apartments do not just have balconies but fully-fledged private gardens, allowing residents to personalise their own oasis in the city.
  • With restaurants, curated shops and stunning facilities, the vision is to create a new address like no other, a haven of peace and serenity in the heart of London.
  • Every resident will also become a member of The Wardian Club, allowing access to exclusive facilities including a 25m open-air swimming pool, gym, cinema, two restaurants and a vibrant rooftop observatory. A 24-hour concierge service is also on hand to cater for residents’ needs.
