Knight Frank, the leading international property consultancy, is pleased to announce the appointment of David Ji as Director, Head of Research & Consultancy in Greater China. David has been appointed as successor to Thomas Lam, who has been promoted to Senior Director, Head of Valuation & Consultancy in early May.
David is responsible for leading the firm’s research and consultancy team in Greater China. He directs the team in producing trend-led market reports on various property sectors and provides advisory services to clients on location analyses, market analyses and custom-made market studies.

Before joining Knight Frank, David worked for Ernst & Young where he was responsible for leading and contributing to analysis projects, and executing strategic knowledge initiatives for the Government and Public Sector community globally. Prior to that, David was the Head of Research, Greater China at DTZ where he was responsible for overseeing research functions for China, Hong Kong and Taipei.
David holds a Master degree in Accounting and Management Science and a Bachelor degree in Economics from University of Southampton in UK.
