Knight Frank, the leading independent global property consultancy, is pleased to announce the appointment of Tom Banwell as Executive Director, Head of Project Design and Delivery.
With over 17 years of real estate experience working in the UK and Asia, Tom will lead Knight Frank’s Project Design and Delivery Team providing a one-stop solution for our office clients covering interior design and build services, project management, workplace consultancy & change management. Working closely with our Hong Kong and Kowloon office services teams, Tom and his team will be well placed to meet the increased demand in the marketplace for innovative work place environments solutions in partnership with our corporate clients.
For the last 10 years, Tom has been managing two of the largest and most well-respected office design and build firms in Hong Kong and Asia. Prior to joining Knight Frank, Tom worked as Managing Director (North Asia) at Space Matrix, where he was responsible for managing the day to day operations of the Hong Kong and North Asia business, with a focus on new business development, key accounts and relationship management. He also oversaw both design & project management delivery.
Tom comes with a proven track record in corporate interior design and management. He worked with multi-national clients including Microsoft, BBC, Vodafone, Li and Fung, Aberdeen Standard Investments and Bank of Singapore.
