During the challenging market of early 2008, we advised on marketing, strategy and pricing to lease and sell all available units to the satisfaction of the vendor. After this success, the team was appointed by leading Korean financial services company Mirae Asset to sell existing tenancies including a selection of units previously leased by Knight Frank.
