Since 2002, our team has acted for financial institutions to sell around 4,500 repossessed properties valuing over HK$6 billion. We have concluded over 55 investment sales totaling circa HK$6 billion and regularly manage 4.5 million sq ft portfolios of residential, office and retail premises.
